Rezumat

One of the most important variables of the marketing environment, which the enterprise cannot control, but tries to influence it in the wanted direction, is the consumer. The consumer’s behavior covers all the actions of choosing, buying, using and getting rid of products and services.

Una dintre cele mai importante variabile ale mediului de marketing, pe care întreprinderea nu o poate controla, dar încearcă să o influențeze în direcția dorită, este consumatorul. Comportamentul consumatorului acoperă toate acțiunile de alegere, cumpărare, utilizare și scăpare de produse și servicii.
