Дана оценка способности штаммов дрожжей видов Saccharomyces, Rhodotorula,Candida, Hansenula, Sporobolomyces синтезировать полисахариды, β-глюканы и маннаны.Результаты подтверждают, что потенциальными продуцентами β-глюканов и маннанов яляются штаммы Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18, Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMNY-19, Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 и Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-21. |
