Rezumat

In the context of globalization, of the dynamic economic environment, but also of the turbulences that have led to an increasingly fierce economic competition, the need to use distinctive signs, capable of graphical representation in several ways, has been emphasized, allowing the products to be distinguished, natural or legal persons from those belonging to other persons. An effective branding policy can lead to a large number of sales, not only in the case of a single product, but also of other products associated with the same brand. Developing a trademark, often in charge of a team of designers, takes time. The brand is the personality that identifies a product, service or company (name, term, sign, symbol, design or combination thereof) and how they relate to the key elements: customers, employees, partners, investors, etc.
