Rezumat | ||||||
In this paper the eff ect of varieties of rootstocks on the quality of white sparkling wines was studied. Th e physical and chemical composition of white sparkling wines Chardonnay, Aligote and Riesling Rhine was investigated depending on the variety of rootstock, as well as indicators of the foamy properties of the resulting sparkling wines were determined. It has been established that the variety of the stock Riparia × Rupestris 101-14 has a positive eff ect on the quality of white sparkling wines and foamy properties. |
