Rezumat | ||||||
The paper presents the results of the research on the chemical composition of wine blends based on Viorica and Floricica varieties. The non-volatile complex of wine blends of European varieties and new selection varieties has been studied. The volatile complex of blends based on Viorica and Floricica varieties compared to European varieties were analyzed by gas-chromatograph method. High concentrations of aromatic compounds responsible for the varietal flavor of new selection varieties have been established. Also, foamy indices were studied in wine blends based on Viorica and Floricica varieties. |
