Industria materialelor de construcție este una din verigile creării pieței imobiliare, de calitatea și diversificarea bunurilor oferite de ramura dată depinde ritmul și calitatea lucrărilor de construcție. Relevanța elaborării prognozelor privind evoluția industriei materialelor de construcție este cauzată de necesitatea găsirii soluției optime dintr-o serie de alternative. La elaborarea prognozelor au fost utilizate modelarea econometrică și modelul „input-output”. Bazându-se pe rezultatele cercetărilor efectuate, autorii au elaborat recomandări pentru dezvoltarea sustenabilă a ramurii.

The construction materials industry is one of the links in the creation of the real estate market, the pace and quality of the construction works depends on the quality and diversification of the goods offered by the given branch. The relevance of developing forecasts regarding the evolution of the building materials industry is caused by the need to find the optimal solution from a series of alternatives. The econometric modelling and the "input-output" model were used in developing the forecasts. Based on the results of the research carried out, the authors elaborated recommendations for the sustainable development of this branch.
