În acest articol voi vorbi despre evoluția femeii în societate. Statutul social al femeii a fost marcat de perioadele prin care a trecut. Încă din antichitate femeile au avut funcții subordonate, de obicei o femeie își câștiga existența ca menajeră sau muncea împreună cu familia în agricultură. Istoria ne arată evoluția femeii de-a lungul timpului și putem bine observa, că în fiecare perioadă au existat femei puternice, care sau manifestat în acele timpuri. Voi enumera doar câteva exemple de femei puternice, care în pofida timpurilor și societății au reușit să-și recapete un statut și un nume în societate. De aici putem identifica originile unor comportamente, atitudini și prejudecăți existente în rândul societății actuale despre multiplele roluri ale femeii contemporane, în raport cu mediul în care se află. Dacă în trecut femeia nu avea drepturi și nu era recunoscută la nivel social, în prezent femeia se confruntă cu alte probleme cum ar fi: rolul în familie, rolul ei în societate, carieră. În prezent domnișoarele și doamnele sunt independente, libere, au o poziție socială, dar toate aceste reușite îi influențează viața personală. Astfel femeia contemporană este nevoită să facă față situației de a îndeplini multiplele roluri care îi sunt atribuite.

In the given article the main topic represents the evolution of women in society. The woman’s social statute has a long history of development marked by different periods. Since ancient time, women had had subordinating positions, usually a woman earned her living as a housekeeper or working with her family in agricultural field. The history shows us the whole evolution of woman. In this context, we noticed that there were strong women in each period, women that manifested themselves in those times. We are going to mention just some of them, which, despite of the specifity of times and society, had succeeded to gain a statute and name in society. Thus, we can identify the roots of some behavioral patterns, attitudes and prejudices that are running within actual society regarding the variety of roles of the contemporary woman in relation with the environment she is involved in. If, in the past the woman had no rights and she wasn’t recognized at the societal level, at present times the woman met other problems as: the role in family, her role in society, the career. Nowadays, Misses and Missises are independent, free, they have a certain social position, but all these performances have a huge impact on her intimate life. Thus, the contemporary woman is pushed to face the situation of having multiple roles that are attributed to her.
