Rezumat

The three steps synthesis of tetranorlabdane compound 2 containing thiadiazole unit was performed starting from commercially available norambreinolide 1 with an overall yield of 76% (scheme 1). The structure of compound 2 was established on the basis of their 1H and 13C NMR data.   OH O N S N S O 1 O 2 3 steps Crystal structures of original tetranorlabdane derivative with thiadiazole unit 2 have been studied by   single-crystal X-ray diffraction (Fig. 1). According to this metod compound 2 crystalize in P212121 space group of orthorhombic system. The crystal structure of the title compound includes the molecules 2 and doesn’t contain any solvate molecules.
