Rezumat

Sunt expuse rezultatele aprecierii infl uenţei diferitor factori de cultivare asupra tulpinii de levuri Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20. Articolul include date privind influenţa temperaturii, aeraţiei, duratei de cultivare asupra conţinutului de biomasă, carbohidraţi totali, β-glucani în peretele celular al levurii. Investigaţiile de selectare a condiţilor optime de cultivare dirijată a tulpinii Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 au permis elaborarea unui procedeu efi cient de obţinere a β-glucanilor, care poate fi încadrat cu succes în fluxurile tehnologice de producere industrială.

The paper reports the results of the research concerning the influence of various factors on Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 strain cultivation. The role of temperature, aeration, рН, yeast cultivation duration in the growth and biosynthesis of polysaccharides, β-glucanes has been defined. The identification of optimum yeast cultivation parameters has resulted in an efficient technique of β-glucane biosynthesis on the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y- 20 strain that can be proposed and employed in the biotechnology of industrial production of glucanes.

Приведены результаты исследований по влиянию различных факторов культивирования штамма Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20. Определено влияние температуры, аэрации, рН, длительности культивирования дрожжей на рост и биосинтез полисахаридов. Выявленные оптимальные параметры позволили предложить эффективный способ биосинтеза β-глюканов штаммом Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMNY- 20, который может быть использован в биотехнологии индустриального производства глюканов.
