This paper deals with the biological properties of 14 coordination complexes assembled from a large panel of thiosemicarbazone ligands and [Mo2O2S2]2+ cluster. The investigation of biological properties evidences a high cancer inhibition activity, and antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidant properties. The complexes based on phenolic ligands are the most active towards tumor cells, while the pyridine derivatives are the most efficient against bacteria and fungi. |
