Rezumat | ||||||
In criminal proceedings, all procedural subjects are equal in terms of the right to apply to the procedural mechanisms to which the subject consents in the defense of his rights and interests. The victim also has the right to access to justice, as well as other strictly regulated rights and obligations, for which reason the examination of the question regarding the rights and obligations of the injured party in the review procedure comes to answer the question as to its access to justice, compared to other subjects. |
