The article is devoted to the regulation of the sentence of life imprisonment. Types of life imprisonment and the replacement of this type of punishment with the complete abolition of serving a sentence, replacement with a milder punishment, i.e. may be replaced by imprisonment for up to 30 years. The need to study life imprisonment is due to the problems that arise in convicts: social isolation, total dependence, sedentary lifestyle, loneliness and loss of responsibility associated with the monotony and monotony of life. |
