Instability in the world economy, coupled with a decrease in the exchange rate of the national currency vis-à-vis foreign currencies, as well as global economic stagnation have a significant impact on the domestic labor market. Communication is specific to investigating how this process will affect the labor market in the field of marketing and PR communications. In the last decades, marketing has been one of the most affected areas in the labor market – in the field of staff optimization and sudden budget cuts were among the areas affected by marketing departments. Developers, advertisers and PR managers have entered the top ten most freelancing professions during the economic downturn. The results of a labor market 197nternati survey can be used to adjust actions when looking for the specialists needed to develop a specific business, determining the policy of attracting and retaining human staff. The essence of research on the structure of the labor market is to obtain comprehensive information about the system on the labor market. Later, as an option for preparing management solutions, this approach will help to reveal interested participants, qualitatively prepare SWOT analysis, and compare competitive advantages to rapidly develop solutions for effective competition for staff. |
