In a organizational culture company, we help to understand the differences that occur between what is formally stated by managers at different levels and what really happens within the organization. Organizational culture represents a true “way of life” for members of the organization, who often consider its influence to be self-understood. The organizational culture of an institution becomes evident, frequently, only when compared to that of other institutions or when it is subject to change. |
