The aim of the present work consisted in the study of maize heterozygosis effect revealing at the protein molecular level. The analysis of specific polymorphism of zein molecular forms (ZMF) allows carring out zein markers identification of hybridization for 12 zoning hybrids of maize and their 11 parental hybrid combinations. It wasshown thatthe index of hypothetical heterozygosis revealing of protein markers
sum consist 100% independent from studied parental genotypes. This is the quantitative confirmation of the early revealed qualitative properties of protein profiles codominant character of heredity. In the same time the utilizationat the protein molecular levelof real heterozygosis index and dominant index of ZMF helps to identify their different role in appreciation of maize hybridization revealing.
