The global economy and international economic relations lead to the emergence of a foreign element in the national banking systems in the form of penetration of foreign capital into the banking sector of the economy of a country. The forms and methods of penetration of foreign capital in the national banking systems are subject to circumstances and may be different. This motivation is dictated by the nature of financial intermediaries. Under pressure from increasing competition banks in an effort to increase its market share go after customers, or mastering those regions and market segments of financial services, which are promising in terms of attracting new customers and / or high rates of growth, which ultimately provides additional opportunities for profits. |
