Rezumat

În condiţii in vitro au fost experimentate 6 variante de raţii alimentare nou-elaborate cu destinaţie specială. A fost studiată acţiunea lor asupra procesului de multiplicare şi dezvoltare a 4 specii de bacterii intestinale (Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Escherichia coli şi Enterococcus faecium) în monocultură şi asociaţie. În primul caz s-a obţinut un impact pozitiv la variantele: 3 cu escherichii, 5 cu bifidobacterii şi lactobacili şi 6 cu enterococi, iar în al doilea – la varianta 5. Aceasta a contribuit la stimularea procesului de multiplicare şi dezvoltare a bifidobacteriilor, lactobacililor şi enterococilor, dar la inhibarea acestuia la escherichii – reprezentante ale microflorei intestinale condiţionat patogene.

THE IMPACT OF ALIMENTARY RATIONS IN MULTIPLICATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS A SEPARATE REPRESIENTATIVES OF INTESTINAL BACTERIOCENOSIS At the condition „in vitro” was experimented the 6 varies of alimentary rations new-elaborated for specially destination. In the first case established the positive impact by var.3 with Escherichia, - 5 with bifidobacteria and lactobacilli and 6 with enterococci, again in two – at var.5. This to contributed on stimulation of multiplication and development process the bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and enterococci, but suppression it with Escherichia – representatives of conditionally pathogenic of the intestinal microflora.
