Corruption is recognized as one of the most serious and controversial issues in Moldova. This is one of the main barriers to the progress of society and the establishment of a state based on democracy and rule of law. The study of the problem and consequences of corruption should be organized by clarifying general topics, by describing indirectly case studies and analyzing people’s behavior, referring to examples of ethical conduct. Consequently, the key point in education for integrity is the cultivation of a set of values and a zero tolerance towards the violation of social norms. |
