The article presents the results of a pilot study of the relationship between such personality parameters in adolescence as adaptation, actualization and level of aspirations. It was found that the subjects were characterized by average levels of these parameters. Thus, the higher the adaptability of adolescence, the higher the levels of their desire for actualization, autonomy, self-understanding, auto-sympathy and contact, as well as the assessment of their potential, initiative and self-esteem. In adolescence, a relationship between actualization and such parameters as internal motive, significance of performance results, assessment of one‟s potential, expected level of results and initiative was recorded.
