The publication argued the vision of natural components in the storage and strengthening of the health of the population, represented by the chemical composition of fruits and berries, intended for the development of beverage formulations containing increased values of valuable substances. The proposed technology makes it possible to create a healthy harmonious drink with an increased use of antioxidants, including phenolic additives; with the revealed detection of sugar, which is very important for creating natural soft drinks that do not cause excitation, thirst after consumption, the formation of consumers’ taste for healthy foods and as a prevention of diabetes. |
