Cette recherche vise une présentation focalisée sur deux volets fondamentaux: d’une part, nous réalisons une synthèse des citations-principes du Cours de linguistique générale (CLG) de Ferdinand de Saussure, démarche qui s’avère utile pour l’acte de traduction, de même que pour la constitution d’un corpus-repère en traductologie-interprétariat. Nous voulons souligner le fait que les citations du CLG servent depuis cent ans à l’acte de traduction et, sans doute, au développement des savoirs humains. D’autre part, notre intérêt scientifique sera orienté vers la présentation du déroulement dynamique d’un grand projet pour la culture francoroumaine – le Projet culturel intitulé La Francophonie roumaine. Restitutio, initié et développé sous le patronage du Centre de recherche Analyse du Discours (CADISS) de l’Université «Ștefan cel Mare» de Suceava et de l’Alliance des Civilisations de l’Organisation des Nations Unies, avec l’appui constant de La Maison d’Édition «Demiurge» de Iassy. Cet ample projet a initié également la collection «Intellectuels roumains d’expression française», pour enrichir le patrimoine culturel des espaces roumain et français, par la parution diachronique de textes inédits ou moins connus, signés par des auteurs francophones et francophiles. Les premiers auteurs publiés en édition bilingue dans la Collection ont été Nicolae Iorga et la Princesse Aurélie Ghika.

This research aims at the presentation focused on two fundamental aspects: on the one hand, we make a summary of citations-principles from the Course in General Linguistics (CGL) of Ferdinand de Saussure. We consider that approach being useful for the act of translation and for the creation of a landmark corpus in translation and interpreting. We want to emphasize that the quotes of CGL are used for more than a hundred years in the act of translation and doubtless in the development of human sciences. On the other hand, our scientific interest will be directed towards the presentation of the dynamic course of a great project for the Franco-Romanian culture – the cultural project entitled La Francophonie roumaine. Restitutio, initiated and developed under the patronage of the Discourse Analysis Research Center (CADISS) of the University «Ştefan cel Mare» of Suceava and the Alliance of Civilizations of the United Nations, also with the continued support of the publishing house «Demiurg» of Iasi. This project has also initiated the collection «Romanian intellectuals of French expression», to enrich the cultural heritage of the Romanian and French areas, by the diachronic publication of unpublished or less known texts signed by Francophone and Francophile authors. The first authors, published in a bilingual edition in the Collection, were Nicolae Iorga and Princess Aurélie Ghika.
