Rezumat

Illicit enrichment has become a major problem, and the lack of effective mechanisms to prevent and combat the crime in question means a rate of increase in the properties of some people on account of illegal activities. The paper analyzes some forensic difficulties in investigating crimes of illicit enrichment that would create real premises to outline a real possibility to effective combating and prevention of crimes of illicit enrichment, in the situation when this scourge undermines democratic institutions, justice and the rule of law, affects the sustainable development of states and the international community as a whole. Certainly, overcoming the forensic difficulties and the correct application of the criminal procedural normative will strengthen the evidentiary force of any evidence, and the use of all procedural instruments and forensic procedures will complete the activity of the criminal investigation body and the prosecutor in investigating the crime of illicit enrichment, and respectively, will galvanize on the one hand the finding of the truth, and on the other hand, strengthen the mechanism for achieving justice and the litigants ' sense of Justice.
