The topicality of the research theme is expressed in the fact that, in one way or another, banking relationships affect absolutely all segments of the population. Knowing and recognizing the possible directions of development of the banking sector is extremely important for the conscious actions of citizens aimed at satisfying their economic needs through the services provided by commercial banks. In the Republic of Moldova, every third citizen was or is the subject of bank credit relations, while every second in one way or another uses the services of the banking sector. Thus, the purpose of the research consists in the analysis of banking law reports within the domestic banking law.
