| Rezumat | ||||||
The article includes an analysis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova that regulates the legislative and normative process of public authorities. The aim is to assess the degree of legal assurance of these two distinct processes. In conclusion, it is emphasized that while the legislative process knows ample regulation in the legislation in force, the normative process does not enjoy sufficient regulation, proposing as a solution the amendment and completion of Law no. 100/2017 – as the framework law in the matter. |
