Researching the problem of error in the criminal law of the Republic of Moldova represents a practical necessity cal-led to contribute to the strengthening of legality, the legal order and the intensification of the protection of the interests of the person. The theoretical research of the error problem is all the more necessary and current now that we are in the process of implementing the legislative and judicial reform in the Republic of Moldova. The problem of error lies in the interconnection of a series of sciences, its further research requiring in-depth knowledge in the field of law, philosophy and psychology, the deepening of knowledge about man. This research requires a constructive integration of the given knowledge into a whole that would allow us on the path of analysis, deduction and induction - logical forms and mecha-nisms indispensable to scientific research, to make a general representation as well as a detailed representation of the error in law criminal, of its characteristics and determining factors.
