Freedom is a fundamental, inalienable right that any person possesses inherently and naturally. It is a pure and simple right. This universal value applies everywhere and in equal measure to all. The concept of freedom dates back to antiquity, transited through the Middle Ages and developed through the important contribution of the phenomenon of legality present in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, and in the period after World War II gets a complete look. |
