In the context of the global introduction of marketing mechanisms for educational institutions, their adjustment to the new educational market has become imperative, with schools competing to attract new students, but also to retain the enrolled ones. Thus, educational policies have undergone changes, educational management becoming a key factor in the survival of the school organization on the market, school leaders having a pivotal role between the state and actors involved in education, trying to provide educational services tailored to the needs of students and of the local community. Another researched issue to identify the types of interactions that prevail among highschools, te see whether the way these organizations collaborate or compete with others influences parents' choices and the effectiveness of their own organization. |
