Highlighting the discrimination aspects in the Soviet legislation that includes the description<br />of some concrete cases of flagrant violation of fundamental human rights concerning<br />Romanian descendants, we reach to the conclusion that neither contemporary legislation of the<br />Republic of Moldova, nor high members of state structures have not completely disembarrassed<br />from the Soviet doctrine influence. This fact generates social and political instability in the Republic<br />of Moldova, maintaining separatist guidelines and constituting an obstacle to EU integration.<br />On this basis the author highlights the need to continue the reform of the Moldova’s<br />legislation to ensure the human rights and freedoms, to establish a democratic state, including<br />the elimination from the state structures the people with a doubtful past and with a Bolshevik<br />mentality. The adoption of a lustration law among other legal norms would be a path to an<br />efficient achievement of these objectives.</p></description> </descriptions> <formats> <format>application/pdf</format> </formats> </resource>
