<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>The article presents the experimental aspects regarding the areas of teacher&rsquo;s competencies. Within the ped-agogical experiment, we delimited the dimensions of continuous professional training at the level of the educa-tional process. The teacher&rsquo;s competence profile, in comparative visions, directs the research through establishing the following areas of teacher&rsquo;s competence: planning and designing competence, group formation competence, specialized competence, the competence of evaluation and monitoring in the educational process. Teacher&rsquo;s com-petence profile analyzed through comparative visions.</p></description>
