Rezumat

The article presents the experimental aspects regarding the areas of teacher’s competencies. Within the ped-agogical experiment, we delimited the dimensions of continuous professional training at the level of the educa-tional process. The teacher’s competence profile, in comparative visions, directs the research through establishing the following areas of teacher’s competence: planning and designing competence, group formation competence, specialized competence, the competence of evaluation and monitoring in the educational process. Teacher’s com-petence profile analyzed through comparative visions.
