The concept of "knowledge management" is associated with modern science and practice of management. Knowledge management is a systematic process of identifying, using and transmitting information and knowledge that people can create, improve and apply. Knowledge management can be defined as the art of creating value from intangible assets of an organization, as a focused process of converting knowledge into value. Knowledge management leads to changes in the mindset of many managers, to a departure from various obsolete, orthodox approaches. The main goal of knowledge management is the creation of new and more powerful competitive advantages. |
