This paper is dedicated to the analysis of various social and economic aspects of employment in rural areas of the Republic of Moldova. The socio-economic characteristic of employment in rural areas of the country presented by the author in this paper reveals features and existing problems in investigated sphere. The author puts forward her own point of view on prospects of development and possibility of regulation of processes existing in the labour market in rural areas. |
