Rezumat

Carrying out the export operations means all the activities through which the delivery of goods takes place from seller to buyer, on the one hand and the payment by the buyer the benefit of the seller, on the other hand. Foreign trade transactions are part of the business sphere or international transactions according which is specified by the nature of the object, the quality of participants and implementation mechanisms. The main form of foreign trade transactions is export and import of tangible goods in the traditional form. These operations can take the form of direct export by producers and trading houses or by the firms involved in foreign trade. Any enterprise engaged in direct export operations by creating their own departments or external structures as standard with representatives abroad, commercial offices, branches or subsidiaries, is required to know all the ways of doing the commercial exchanges. In this case, the exporting producers that research directly foreign markets, promoting its own branded products, closing and carrying out international contracts of sale or delivery / purchase requirements are in direct contact with external customers and are able to adapt their products accordingly. Thus, they directly assume the risks involved in these operations, but also benefit resulting from the operations performed.
