The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of leadership, controlling, aparatur professionalism, financial resources, ethics and decency, and participation of society to the effectivity of implementation of government which free from corruption, collusion and nepotism of government of Bogor city - province of West Java which were very effective. All variables were very effective to create government free of corruption, collusion, nepotism. The method of research was using survey, simple regression analysis and multiple regression with 364 aparaturs of Government of Bogor City.
