Rezumat

The formation of mediation terms involves the strategic development of guidelines and agreements that govern the mediation process. This phase encompasses creating a standardized vocabulary that facilitates effective communication among mediators, disputing parties, and other stakeholders. The terminology used in the article defines key concepts, roles, and procedures within the mediation process that will help to build a shared framework for discussing and addressing disputes, reducing the risk of misunderstandings that could impede the mediation process. Overall, the purpose of this article is to focus on monosemy, polysemy, synonymy, and antonymy that hint at an exploration of how these concepts impact the clarity and precision of mediation terms.
