After the annexation of Bessarabia to the Soviet empire, the museums from Moldavian SSR were subordinated to the totalitarian regime and became com-ponent part of the extra school Soviet system of education. During several decades the museum from MSSR served as real centres of the Communist education of the people of work and of the ideological and political modelling of the population from this territory. With the beginning of the second part of the 1960s and during the 1970s, in MSSR increased considerably the number of the museums of history and museums for the study of the native land, all of which had sections dedicated to the Soviet period. Also were funded a series of memorial museums dedicated to the illu-strious personalities from the history of Russia and of the Soviet country, and political museums which promoted the ideological precepts of the Communist Par-ty. Simultaneously the museums were integrated to a series of commemorations of all-Union and republican level, dedicated to the dates and personalities essential in the history of the Soviet country and Moldavian SSR, which determined a strongest ideological submission of the institution of museums from republic. |
