The investigations, which have been carried out revealed the positive infl uence of the preparation Melangozida – O of the natural provenience in combination with microelements Zn and B on the activity of Peroxidase and Polyphenol oxidase, content of carbohydrates in the leaves of spurs without fruits in the second period of the vegetation period, the period that concurs with the beginning fl oral induction processes. Vegetative growing was evaluated more signifi cantly in the fi rst phonological phases of growing and development of plants. There were demonstrated that apple trees with early ripening of fruits are more adequate to the applied treatments. Preliminary researches proved the possibility of the usage of mentioned preparations in the capacity of regulators of growing and productivity of fruit – growing plants.
