It is necessary to reconceptualize the continuing formation management of the teaching staff as well as administration by means of the creation of motivational mechanisms which will correspond to European tendency regarding the development of the education for adults, implementation of professional credits, etc. In order to overcome the deficit of competence and lack of motivation it is very important for the professional competences formation to take a steady character: starting from the control and systematic assistance toward the competence valuing and finishing to the state of self - management and other persons’ management. There are frequent cases when the teachers with great experience working at school affirmed that they hadn’t attended courses for more than 10 years the others even stating that they hadn’t participated in such activities ever.
