The essence of the economical efficiency has on the basis the primordial task of the human activity – satisfaction of the material needs. The results of these activities are characterized through correlation between efforts and effects, being expressed trough the indicators of efficiency. The success and failure in affaires, indifferent by the domain of the activity, depends by the economical efficiency of the unfold activity. On the basis of each economical activity are staying a fundamental economic principle: the principle of the efficiency. Conforming to this principle, the goal of each human activity consists in obtaining of a maximum effect with a minimum effort, and the way in realizing of this thing is expressed through the efficiency ratio, which is determined as the ratio between effect and effort or handing of a minimum effort on the one unity of effect. Nowadays, the approaching of the questionable economical efficiency is based on the methods and traditional statistical procedures as well as on the econometrical techniques, which have on the basis the method of the less square. In the context of the efficiency estimation it is about efficient frontier. The most recent studies in the domain of the researches of the production efficiency refer to the stochastic frontier method which is an estimation method of the production frontier and, consequently, a method of measuring of efficiency activity production.
