Rezumat

The results of the study of the anatomical structure of the outer epidermis, hypodermis and mezocarp of pear fruits have been given. Some structural-anatomical indicators characterized changes in two varieties of pear during long-term storage were investigated. The positive effect of the CA and the inhibitor of ethylene Phytomag on the processes of maturation-senescence of fruits was revealed.
