Rezumat | |||||
The results of the comparative analysis of the quantitative characters in the populations of the third generation (G3) from the plants infected with the Tobacco Mosaic Virus and the Tomato Aspermy Virus are presented. Five genotypes of tomatoes with different reactivity to virus infection were analyzed. A significant impact of the investigated infections has been established on the manifestation of the quantitative characters in the offspring of the infected plants. The rate of significant deviation was based on genotype and viral infection and was 14,3-63,3% relative to the control. In conformity with average values of the characters manifestation has increase or decrease trend. The association between the characters in the clusters according to their similarity, presented different position between variants derived from infected plants compared to the witness, within the genotype, as well as between the genotypes. |
