Rezumat | ||
Wine distillates were studied made from red grape varieties Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot noir. To obtain these distillates these grapes were processed by fermentation in red technology using selected Black Rara yeasts. The resulting wines were distilled at an installation-pilot for direct distillation with discontinuous operation and an installationpilot for direct distillation with continuous operation. Wine distillates obtained meet by physico-chemical composition and taste the requirements of Standard SM312, have a fl oral aroma or of ripe fruit, typical astringent taste, without foreign taste and aroma nuances. |
