Rezumat | ||||||
The study infl uence rations with various caloric structure on the quantitative indices of some species of bacteria, representatives of intestinal bacteriocenozis in this work. Showed a food ration cloric structure determined, which have shown a positive impact in optimizing the numerical value of the microorganisms of the genera Lactobacillus, Escherichia, Proteus and Streptococcus, including Enterococcus and can be used to fortify health. Action of this ration to be contributed by: increase the amount of lactobacilli and gradual minimalization of the number of esherichies, protheises and streptococci with 26,66; 14,68; 40,66 and 12,43% respectively. On the exemple the have found rationality recomendations probiotics to replace it, being prebiotic infl uence. |
