the purpose of the study, whose results are presented in this paper is to develop a highly effi cient medium for the stabilization and strengthening of indicators characterizing the status of human sperm after thawing. For achievement of the purpose we was investigated the effi ciency of six different cryoprotectors medium. It was proved, the elaborate medium on the basis of a combination of carbohydrates allows to increase functional indicators of sperm, such as, mobility after defrosting by 20,0 %; life expectancy - 29,4 %, survival rate - 19,8 % and an absolute indicator of a survival of sperm - 104, 6 % in comparison with control. Thus, stabilization and strengthening of sanogenic indicators of the sperm of a cock can be reached by means of use the mediums which based on a combination of cryoprotectors. |
