În acest articol autorul examinează principalele aspecte ale activităţii cabinetului instructiv-metodic ca centru coordonator important creat în anii 70 ai sec.XX pe lângă Ministerul Culturii al Republicii Moldova. Sunt evidenţiate, în special, realizările acestui cabinet în domeniul editării culegerilor de note moldoveneşti pentru toate instituţiile muzicale republicane (şcoli şi colegii muzicale, Conservatoriu). De asemenea, se menţionează rolul Irinei Stolear – ca prima interpretă a unor opere pentru concurs ale compozitorilor moldoveni (Expromt de V.Rotaru, Tokkata de I.Macovei ş.a.) şi aportul ei de metodistă la completarea repertoriului naţional pentru pianiştii începători.

In this article the author considers the essential aspects of Methodological Department activity that is considered to be the most important coordinative center, founded at the beginning of the 70’s of the twenty century in the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Moldova Its achievements in the sphere of publication of Moldavian music collections for all the chains of Republic professional music institutions (music schools, colleges, сonservatory) are particularly distinguished. The role of I.Stolear as the first performer of some competitive works of Moldavian authors (V.Rotaru “Expromt”, I.Macovei “Tokkata” etc.), and her contribution to the expansion of the national repertoire for the beginner pianists is highlighted.
