In this article are examined the problems, perspectives and the possibilities of the new economic development of the Republic of Moldova in the context of the implementation of strategy of the EU for the Danube region. There are open major priorities of our country within the Strategy for Danube region, the basic directions for ensuring of the new economy in the modern conditions of managing. New communication opportunities, which are provided by informational technology, can influence strongly on the process of production and exchange and modify the world economic space: the forming of the intellectual and innovational clusters ,due to the flexible logistics they possess a wide range of possibilities for communication with each other, which is characterized by polycentrism. Accordingly, it’s characteristic for the new economy a big number of basic differences, which gives the opportunity to speak about changing of certain economic parameters inside the country as well as in the regions and internationally too.
