This study describes a series of pedagogical conditions which favor authentic and conscious learning. Well-being is an essential condition for a human being and underlie a successful education. Arguments are being put forward that well-being, the sense of belonging, the autonomy, mastery and mentality are factors of happiness. Several strategic conditions are presented depending on them, which confirm the Finnish success in education and can be applied in the Republic of Moldova as well. |
