Rezumat

Early diagnostics of the ovarian cancer still remains to be a challenge for the modern medicine. The diagnostics’ evaluation is a continuous ongoing worldwide problem with a multidisciplinary approach: gynecological, oncological, immunological, histopathological, imagistical, as it is structured in international scientific events for the specialty. Currently, we consider that the most effective screening method for ovarian tumors is the combination of recto-vaginal bimanual examination, transvaginal ultrasonography and determination of specific oncomarkers.

Ранняя диагностика рака яичников по-прежнему остается проблемой для современной медицины. Диагностическое исследование представляет собой непрерывную постоянную проблему во всем мире, с мультидисциплинарным – гинекологическим, онкологическим, иммунологическим, патоморфологическим, УЗИ – подходом, в соответствии с международными научными работами по специальности. В настоящее время можно считать, что наиболее эффективным методом скрининга опухолей яичников является комбинация бимануального ректо-вагинального обследования, трансвагинального ультразвукового исследования и определения специфических онкомаркеров.
