Currently, the educational market has a frequent concept, which comes as help of various actors – educational projects. Approached as a set of resources aimed to solving a problem, the project becomes an imperative for the beginning of this millennium. Project management is most often the responsibility of a project manager to run the project within the parameters established in order to meet contractual conditions set by the customer or project needs. According to the theory, but, especially, to the educational practice, the project manager should have, primarily, exceptional leadership qualities, to understand the whole project, to lead, organize, coordinate and control resources and teams work. The second concept now in vogue in the educational context is that of competencies, which, reported to the job of project manager, shall consist of a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes oriented to successful resolution of problem situations in project management. |
