In the framework of this article, it is made a comparative analysis between the offence prevented in the art.286 PC RM and the offences stipulated in the art.309/1, 314, 317, 319, 321 PC RM. There are studied the similarities and the differences between them. As well, in the characterization of the acts which disorganize the prisons activity case, there are recommended solutions for the most litigant situations that come under the concourse of offences and the norms competition. |
